What we collect
When you submit the review request form we collect your name, business name, email, phone number if you provide it, monthly card volume, industry, the platform and services you are interested in, and anything you write in the notes field. We also record which part of the site the request came from so we know which page was useful.
Why we collect it
We use these details to review your processing costs, recommend a platform, prepare an application if you decide to move forward, and contact you about your request. We do not sell your information and we do not send unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
To prepare a rate comparison or an application, we may share the business details you provide with the processing platforms and underwriting partners involved in your request. We share only what is needed for that purpose.
Payment card data
This website does not process or store payment card numbers. Card acceptance runs through the processing platforms we deploy, which are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and use encryption and tokenization to protect card data.
How long we keep it
We keep review requests for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out through the review request form on our home page and we will action your request.
